I want to share my dreams and ideas with you and with our children. Yoga connects the mind and body, as well as providing many benefits to our lives, it helps us to know ourselves better. My philosophy is founded on the yogic principles and the concept of mindfulness, which teaches us to be aware of all our actions at all times.  Teaching these skills to our children is what drives me every day, I want children and adolescents to be in harmony with their self.
